An early retirement incentive is being offered based on an agreement between the district, FTA, FTA-Building andΒ TradesΒ Professionals, SEIU, IAM&AW, Management and CSEA (CSEA 125 & 143Β pending ratification). This monetary allowance serves as an incentive to encourage early retirement notification so the district may facilitate staffing efforts in a timely manner for the 2022-23Β school year. Qualifying district employees are eligible for a $1,000 allowance if they submit aΒ notification of resignationΒ by February 15, 2023Β and a $700 allowance if they submit by March 15, 2023.
