| An early retirement incentive is being offered based on an agreement between the district, FTA, FTA-Building and Trades Professionals, SEIU, IAM&AW, Management and CSEA (CSEA 125 & 143 pending ratification). This monetary allowance serves as an incentive to encourage early retirement notification so the district may facilitate staffing efforts in a timely manner for the 2022-23 school year. Qualifying district employees are eligible for a $1,000 allowance if they submit a notification of resignation by February 15, 2023 and a $700 allowance if they submit by March 15, 2023.
